License Agreement
By downloading and using Pixette, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on Apple-branded and Android devices that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in the respective app store terms of service.
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Redistribute, sublicense, or make the application available to third parties
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose
Premium Features
Pixette offers a free version with core functionality and a Premium upgrade available as a one-time in-app purchase. Premium features are described in the respective app store listing. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.
Disclaimer
Pixette is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the application is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixette and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
